We made it!

Arizona State University Pow wow

This was the Tiny Tot Grand Entry. It was so adorable!

Chris and Jennifer's little girl danced. Isn't she cute!

Mali was so cute. He kept clapping. He must of loved all the cute little kids and baby dancers.

Alexa sat with Grandma Lisa for a long time. Alexa loved getting to know all her Grandmas. In the Native American way, Great Aunts are considered Grandmas. So our kids have a lot of Grandmas.

My precious little son Mali. I love this age so much! Hes so sweet, and loves me so much.

Oh Alexa sure is Daddy's little girl. She loves her Daddy so much, and has him wrapped around her little finger.

Curtis is always doing these little tricks with Mali. I get so scared, but Mali loves them.

My beautiful little Alexa girl...what am I to do with you? She is one strong-willed little girl, but full of so much spirit and love.

We finally made it to Arizona. It was so great to see Curts aunts, and cousins. They are so nice, and fun to visit with. His aunt Nancy let us stay at her house for the first two nights. Then we stayed at Aunt Karen's house, for the last two nights. We all went to the Arizona State University Pow wow. They all made sure we were feed the whole time. And Curts cousin Susan invited us to her house on the last night for a BBQ. It was delicious and her house was beautiful. It was great fun!

Arizona...Here we come!

We decided it was about time we leave the beautiful Zions and head to Arizona. We kept stopping on the way to take pictures of the kids at cool places. The kids were such great sports.

Family trip to Zions

Our family got to go to Arizona a couple of weeks ago. We just took our time getting there. We stopped in St. George the first night and the next day we went to Zions National Park. It was so much fun. We went on a little hike, and the kids had a blast exploring. They were so excited to find a cool tunnel that went under the road. The kids loved Zions so much, Dasan even said "This is better than Disney Land!" (We were going to go to Disney Land, but it didn't work out.) We had too much fun taking pictures. Now I have so many cool pictures to choose from. Its hard to decide which ones to post. I'll probably put a lot of them up. And the greatest thing about it, is the kids really enjoyed getting their pictures taken, they didn't get tired of it. We stayed in a really cute and cozy little cottage room right outside of Zions. The next day we went swimming and then set off to find some cool rocks to buy at the many rock stores there. Now we have an awesome rock collection display on our shelf.



We were so in awe of the beautiful majestic mountains.

It was so easy getting amazing photos with the beautiful natural landscape as our background.

Curtis took some awesome pictures. He is really becoming a great photographer; I'm so proud of him. We have so much fun taking pictures together now.

This was taken half way up the hike. It was a nice and easy hike.


The hike brought us to the top of the mountain where we could look out at the beautiful scenery.

It looks so scary, but it wasn't that bad.

Curtis is so strong. At one point he had to carry Malakai and Alexa on the hike. Malakai was sleeping and Alexa was getting tired.

This was at the end of the hike. We weren't too exhausted, but it was nice just to be able to rest in the car, and head down to find a hotel to stay in for the night.

It was really nice swimming and being able to see the beautiful mountains all around us.
We sure had some wonderful moments together as a family. It was so nice to be able to just enjoy each other, and not have the stress of our every day life. Oh! I want to go back!

Dasan was baptized!

Dasan was baptized on March 29, 2008. It was such an amazing experience to have my little boy baptized. I'm so pleased (not proud:) with him. He was so excited to be baptized. He ended up having to wait a couple of months after his birthday, so his Grandparents could be there. It was really hard for him to have to wait, but he really wanted his Grandparents to be there. Dasan was so excited that so many of his family came to see him. We were told that we had more people at Dasan's baptism than any other baptism they have had. So thank you family for your love and support. We have the best family in the world. Even my sweet Grandma and Grandpa Williams made it, even though they have a hard time going places. Also my Grandma and Grandpa Bentley came all the way from Salt Lake City, along with a few of my siblings. Also Dasans best friend from church Ian Nielsen was baptized the same day, and they both have the middle name, Curtis. Isn't that fun! I asked Dasan what he remembers from his baptism, and what he liked the most. He said, "I liked going under the warm water and I felt good." Dasan I love you so much! Keep being a good boy and choosing the right, and you will be amazed at how much Heavenly Father will bless you.
