Benjamin Franklin

Dasan did a report on Benjamin Franklin, and got to dress up as Ben and be in a Wax Museum with all the 3rd graders. It was so fun to walk through and see all the cute kids. Dasan held so still and really looked like a wax statue.





Dasan is such a silly boy. He dressed up for Grandpa and Grandma Walker and had so much fun goofing around. He made us laugh so hard.



Alexa and Dami wanted to try on Dasan's costume, don't they look so adorable. Poor Alexa got into a sledding accident, that is why she has red spots all over her face.

My Little Artists

Alexa and Mali love to paint and do crafts. Mali was so proud of his art. I hung them on the fridge next to his highchair, so every time he sits there, he points to his artwork, and smiles real big.

I've lost 25 lbs, Hurray!!!

Valentines 2008

I knew that I've lost 25 lbs since I've had Malakai, but I didn't realize that it made me look so different, until I saw our valentine picture from last year. I'm so excited that I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Hurray! It sure took long enough though. I wish I could lose it faster, but I've never been able to. I still have about 20 more lbs to lose, to get to my ideal weight. It better be faster this time. One thing that has really motivated me is a contest that my cousin-in-law, Bret, started in my Bentley family. "The Biggest Loser" It's been so fun, and it helped me lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks. We are about half way done now with our contest, so I hope I can lose the rest of lbs in this contest. It would be even better to be the winner and get $35. Another thing that has really helped me and gotten me active again, is dance. My aunt Jane is so sweet and has us come to her house for dance. She taught us some fun dances, then my Aunt Christine taught us one, and now I have made one up and get to teach it. I had forgotton how much I love dancing. I just thought it was part of my life that was over. But its not! So thank you so much Bret and Jane, for your great ideas!

Valentines Dance with My Man

We went to my mom and dads Stake Valentines Dance. It was a blast dancing and the food was really good. I was really impressed with how they decorated. It was so fun dancing with Curtis.
And it was so fun watching my mom and dad dance. My mom got really into it and even danced in the dance circle. She so brave! I'm so glad that we were able to go out on a fun date for valentines. We weren't planning on going out, because we have no money right now. So it is so nice that we were able to go dancing for free. Our church is so awesome.

Tasha and Shawna Malaya came over for a photo shoot. It was really fun, and I decided to take some pics of Alexa and Mali too. I have been wanted to take their pics for a while, so I'm glad that Tasha came by.

Two Beautiful Girls!

Draper Temple Open House

Penny and Curtis got us tickets to go see the beautiful Draper Temple at the open house, on January 24. It was so beautiful and I was so glad that my kids got the chance to see it. They loved it. Malakai got so excited when he saw all the beautiful lights in the Celestial Room. We loved the Baptismal font and the beautiful murals and paintings on the walls. I cant wait to go back. After the open house Curtis and Penny treated us to some very yummy Chinese food. It was a really great night.

Dasan got his Wolf

Good job Dasan! We are so proud of you for working so hard to get your wolf. You are a wonderful boy. We love you so much!

Dasan got to do a lot of fun stuff while getting his wolf. He got to go to the fire station and he got to make a collection of the state quarters. And he also made a letter holder.
