Look at that beautiful little Alexa face! Future Beauty Queen!

My beautiful Mother and sister Natalie were in a beauty pageant last Friday. They did so good! I was so proud of them, and in awe at how beautiful they both looked. They were so brave, I don't think I could ever be in a pageant. I would probably be so nervous that I would trip and fall right on my face. Way to go Mom and Nat! You both are so beautiful inside and out!

Our House is for Sale

We finally got our house up for sale, praying that it will sell quickly. It has been so stressful trying to fix it up, and up date it. We finally feel like it is coming together. We feel that it is quit charming, I'll be kind of sad to leave it now; we put so much into it. I posted before and after pictures to show how much we changed it.

I told you we were BIG David Archuleta Fans!

We were so excited when David Archuleta made it as one of the top three finalist, and came home to Murray, Utah. We spent the whole day in Salt Lake, trying to get the chance to meet him. We first went to Gateway Mall to see if we could meet him and get his autograph, but that was a joke. There were so many people there, it was crazy. I got a glimpse of him as he was driving away in his limo. It was really exciting though. The kids were so disappointed, because they missed seeing him there. Then we went to Murray High, were there was a big pep rally for him. That was really fun and exciting too. The kids were so excited to see him, but disappointed that they couldn't meet him. Alexa was so cute, she said, "Mommy, I want to go eat at David Archuletas house. When she saw David in the parade at the pep rally, she said, "Oh, David is so cute!"

At Gateway Mall, as David was driving away. You can see his little head in the distance. The limo drove right past me, but at the time, he was inside the limo.

I had the worst luck getting pictures of David. Either they were blurry, or I got the back of his head, or someone was in the way. Just my luck! This last one turned out pretty good. I used my telephoto lense to zoom in on him singing. We are so excited because David also made it to the finals, where he will compete with David Cook. Its going to be a great show, they both are great singers. But of coarse David Archuleta is the best, so everyone vote for him tomorrow.

Toothless Smile

Not completely toothless, but very adorable. Damian was so excited to put his teeth under his pillow and get money from the "Toothfairy". It is so fun to do little things like this for my cute little kids, and bring so much happiness to them. Children are so sweet, especially my little Dami. He knows that I am really the toothfairy, but we still like to play along and pretend.

Way to go Dase!

Dasan received an award from his teacher, for being a hard worker and for being nice. It was so fun for Curtis and me to see him get this great award. He really has worked hard. When he first started public school he was a little behind in reading, but now he is right where he is suppose to be. Good Job Dase, we are so very proud of you. Keep up the great work!

Curtis Graduated...Hooray!!!!

Curtis graduated from Utah Valley State College with a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science, on April 25, 2008. It felt so good to see him graduate and know what a great accomplishment it was. Curtis has truly amazed me. Not only was he going to school, but he also was working full time, not to mention being a wonderful father and husband, and also taking time to sing with his family at Pow wows. I don't know how he did it all. And he made sure that he did his very best in everything. He received very good grades, and got high honors. He is truly amazing. He would hate it if he knew I was bragging about him, but I can't help it. How blessed I am to be married to such a wonderful man. Congratulations Curt, we finally made it! I love you so much.

We didn't get a chance to tell everybody about it in time, but Curtis wanted to make sure that the kids came to see him graduate, so they would see that it is possible for them to graduate someday too.
